1. A Study Evaluating the Safety and Effectiveness of JCAR017 to Treat Relapsed/Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL). The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the effectiveness and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. In all subjects, the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of JCAR017 will be evaluated.

2. A Study to Provide Access to CTL019 Out of Specification Managed Access Program (MAP) for ALL or DLBCL Patients

   The purpose of this study is to provide access to CTL019 through Managed Access Program (MAP) for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients with out of specification leukapheresis product and/or manufactured tisagenlecleucel out of specification for commercial release.

3. University of California Minority Patient-Derived Xenograft (PDX) Development and Trial Center (UCaMP) to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to establish at least 200 patient-derived cancer xenografts (PDXs), and to utilize these PDXs in preclinical testing of single agents and drug combinations to guide precision cancer medicine decision-making with a focus upon the predominant racial/ethnic minority populations residing in California.

    

    

4. A Study to Evaluate Outpatient Blinatumomab in Subjects with Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) of B-precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)

   The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and feasibility of complete outpatient blinatumomab administration for subjects with minimal residual disease (MRD) of B-precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).

6. A Study to Evaluate Bleomycin, Carboplatin, Etoposide, or Cisplatin in Treating Pediatric and Adult Patients with Germ Cell Tumors

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, or cisplatin work in treating pediatric and adult patients with germ cell tumors. Active surveillance may help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors after their tumor is removed. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

7. A Study to Collect Surgical Tumor Samples for Prostate Cancer-derived Tissue Graft

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purposes of this study are to collect prostate surgical samples from metastatic patients to establish xenograft tumor lines for future testing of potential therapies and for understanding mechanisms of therapy resistance via DNA/RNA sequencing, to collect patient blood samples for future DNA/RNA sequencing , and to collect patient urine samples for future prostate cancer related biomarker detection and DNA/RNA sequencing.

8. A Study to Assess Pre-analytical Factors Affecting ctDNA Analysis in Early and Locally-advanced Breast Cancer

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of blood collection tube type and processing methods on ctDNA, evaluate the impact of long-term storage of plasma and extracted DNA, and evaluate ctDNA levels at baseline and during treatment for patients with Stage I-III breast cancer.
    

9. A Study of Standard Systemic Therapy with or without Definitive Treatment in Treating Participants with Metastatic Prostate Cancer

   La Crosse, Wis., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaouate how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body.

10. Long-Term Follow-Up of Patients Who Have Participated in Children's Oncology Group Studies

    Rochester, Minn.

    This clinical trial is studying long-term follow-up in patients who are or have participated in Children's Oncology Group studies. Developing a way to track patients enrolled in Children's Oncology Group studies will help doctors gather long-term follow-up information and may help the study of cancer in the future.
